About us

We are a small team consisting of Bachelor students at the University of Bremen who are working on providing an easy to use tool for geographical information mapping.

The availability of geographical data is crucial for political and economical development. Unfortunately there are a lot of places in the world where this information is not yet available. So far collecting, editing and providing this information needs fundamental technical knowledge. We want to help change the current situation in making this process a lot easier.

Therefore we developed an Android application with which it is easy to collect new data for OpenStreetMap. Data4All is an OpenSource project that allows everyone to participate in developing it on Github.

Snap pictures.

You can take photos and trace everything you want to map directly on them; or you can save them in a gallery for future editing.

Edit on the go.

Our application allows you to edit maps provided by OpenStreetMap wherever you are. Directly on site or back at home.

Easy tagging.

Easily enter additional information about mapped objects for which we provide all of the commonly used tags.

Map and help.

Mapped objects will be added to OpenStreetMap soon after uploading. This helps a lot of people because many programs and navigation systems use this data.

Our goal is mapping the world.
